Assistant Professor in the Philosophy Department at the College of the Holy Cross, Andrea studied for his Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.A. in the Philosophy Department at Columbia University, and for his a Laurea in the Philosophy Department at the Università degli Studi di Firenze in Florence, Italy.

Andrea's main research areas are Ontology and Metaphysics. His areas of competence include Philosophy of Science, Early Modern Philosophy, Logic, Philosophy of Language, and Philosophy of Action.
