Lecture Notes
These notes were written as guides for myself. They
were not written as full explanations for students. Therefore, they
are somewhat abbreviated and, at times, rather cryptic. Nonetheless,
I think when used along with my chapters, my lectures, the primary reading,
and the other secondary readings, they can serve as useful outlines for
your own study. Use them as you see fit. They may or may not
prove helpful to you.
