Online
Concordance. The Bible Gateway. This site has many English versions of the Bible available
online. Particularly useful is an online concordance, which allows
you to find all occurences of a word in a book, series of books, or the
entire Bible. It then lists all of these occurrences in their context.
Gospel
Parallels. An excellent site in which you can compare the gospels
side-by-side. An added feature is that you can compare three, four, or
five gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Thomas), as well as Paul and Q.
Highly recommended.
