Our research is in the area of analytical chemistry. We have two primary projects:
1. Understanding the processes involved in microfluidic separations by monitoring electroosmotic flow in real-time using photobleaching zone monitoring.
2. Gaining qualitative and quantitative information about forensic science samples using Raman spectroscopy. We are currently studying crystalline mixtures of illicit drugs.
