Old South Boston Aquarium
The Aquarium at Marine Park was opened in 1912. Build by the City of
Boston from income derived form the Parkman Fund,
it was a popular and exciting place to visit for children and adults
alike. These visitors are approaching the stucco building,
whose cupola is surmounted by a fish weather vane.
