Father Emile Planckaert, S. J.


Father Emile Planckaert plants a tree at Yad Vashem in 1973.
Father Planckaert's tree, marked by orange blot, in 2000 when it reached a height of eight meters. Note that it is appropriately located near the monument of six blocks of granite in memory of the six million Jews who perished during the Holocaust.
