Weekend Workshops on Journaling & Reflection

Explanation of the Program

Approximately 30 students will be selected to attend a series of weekend workshops on journaling and reflection and to participate in a four month project. During November 3rd and 4th, students will retreat to the beautiful Chocksett Inn, Sterling , MA (pictured above) where they will examine various methods of reflection and journaling. Presentations by students, faculty, and administrators will be followed by personal reflection and peer-lead discussions. After lunch on Saturday afternoon, students discuss how they would like to sustain such reflection once they return to campus.  The group will return once again in March to assess their progress and reflect on "lessons learned." Students of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
