The Condemnation of the Empress.

Maximinus enthroned, a huge scimitar grasped in his right hand and before him the Empress, with triple crown and clad in a long kirtle, being grasped and led away to execution by two gaolers, dressed in short cote-hardies, belted low; they have maces slung from their belts and wear extravangant head-dresses.
