Re-Recognition Process for RSO’s
Time Frame for Re-Recognition
- Limited Status RSO's up for review in November
- Variable Budget RSO's up for review in February
- Fixed Budget RSO's up for review in April.
Re-Recognition Process
- Complete the appropriate paperwork as listed below.
- Once paperwork is completed, return 2 copies to the RSO Office.
- You will be assigned a meeting time for review with the RSO Committee.
- RSO’s are then presented to the Senate.
All Clubs must submit
- a roster with all member names (typed), class years and signatures
- an Advisor Form
- Recognition Renewal form
Additionally
Variable Budget RSO's must also provide documentation of all funds requested from the reserve board, amount received, and amount spent; aspirations for current and future semesters.
Fixed Budget RSO's must also provide documentation of all funds requested from the reserve board, amount received, and amount spent; aspirations for current and future semesters AND a projected budget outline for the upcoming.
**FOR THE 2007-08 YEAR, THIS PORTION WILL BE DONE USING THE FOLLOWING FORMS AND DUE TO ELIZABETH SULLIVAN BY MONDAY, APRIL 23 BY 5PM.
