Ed Mullaney '09
is a Political Science major from Warwick,
Rhode Island. Ed became active in SGA
during his sophomore year when he served as
Class Senator for 2009. Early on,
Ed was critical of the structure of SGA and
worked to change it. Resulting from this,
he served on the newly formed SGA Evaluation
Committee. In his junior year, he was
elected Speaker of the Senate
and chaired the Senate Executive Committee.
As Speaker, Ed worked to implement changes
to make the Senate more efficient,
transparent, and accountable to the student
body. In addition to these positions, Ed
has been a member of the Senate Budget
Committee, Faculty Assembly, General
Assembly and several house councils.
Besides SGA, Ed has been involved with WCHC
88.1 FM, College Democrats, and participated
in the Washington Semester Program in the
Spring of '08 where he interned in the
Office Senator Joseph Biden.

Kelly DiMascio,
CO-PRESIDENT |

Kelly DiMascio,
Class of 2009, will serve as Co-President
for the 2008-2009 term. Kelly is a sociology
major, with a religious studies minor and
women and gender studies concentration. Held
the position of Assistant Chief of Staff for
the 2007-2008 academic year. She was the SGA
Director of Programming in 2006-2007. As a
freshman, Kelly was elected Treasurer of the
Class of 2009 and served on the Reserve
Board. Also, she is on the club lacrosse
team and a member of the Investing Club,. In
addition, Kelly is an overnight host for the
Admissions Department, a member of the
Pre-Business Program and participated in
several leadership workshops and
conferences. This past summer she was an
intern TJX and the previous summer at BBDO
New York. Kelly hopes to take the
experiences gained while at Holy Cross and
continue to grad school to earn an MBA in
marketing. |
