Assembly
The General Assembly (GA)
is one of the two legislative bodies in the SGA. The GA
is designed to keep the lines of communication open
between student organizations and the SGA and act as an
open forum to inform students about SGA initatives and
receive feedback.
Each Recognized Student
Organization (RSO) must send a representative to each of
the monthly GA meetings. Attendance is taken at each
meeting. Organizations who fail to send a representative
will face consequences. All RSO representatives are
voting members of the GA and cast their votes to
officially recognize new organizations.
