We have just been given word that Fools on the Hill just placed 1st at the 11th Annual Faneuil Hall Marketplace A Cappella Festival! This past weekend has been record breaking for us! We are now the champions of the 11th Annual Faneuil Hall Marketplace A Cappella Festival for the second year in a row!

PARENTS WEEKEND!!! What a night! This weekend is our Parent's Weekend here at Holy Cross, and we were able to perform for all of our parents and friends during the acappella festival along side with Off the Record and The Delilahs (both of which are all female acappella groups here at Holy Cross). We were able to perform 8 songs for our audience, and they are all up on the Videos page! So if you weren't able to make it to the show, you can now see it all right here on the website. They include a partial clip of "Kiss From a Rose" sung by Balu Slopadoe, and our "Roam / Love Shack Medley" sung by Kassie Chapel and Jeff Papia. Go check them out!!

Fools on the Hill would like to extend a warm welcome and a congrats to our newest members! They are Jennifer Larsen, Jessica Nord, and Steve Smith! This years audition process has been the hardest yet - with the hardest decisions, the hardest rating scale, and call backs for the first time ever. So thank you to everyone who tried out this past year, and we encourage all of you to try out next year. Thank you again, and have a great day.

We would llike to say congrats to Mark Eckardt for being a member of The Westminster Chorus, the 2007 International Barbershop Chorus Champions!!!! This is his second international barbershop chorus gold medal (with the first being in 2005 with The Masters of Harmony). A quick explanation: in the videos below, the members wearing different suits are in the international quartet competition which occured directly after this performance.

Yes, the rumors are true... Fools is on it's way to going triple platinum! or not, but still. The other rumors are true, we will be starting to record our new CD for the 2005 - 2006 school year at the end of March, then we will go triple platinum. As of now, there will be 10 songs which include Brandy, Son of a Preacher Man, Mr. Brightside, World on Fire, and much more! It really is going to be a great CD, so keep checking back as to when the release date will be, but until then, go check out the Fools' Store if you want to buy our previous CD, or go to the media page to listen to some of our clips!
