Actually, no.. they really aren't. The Executive Board, a.k.a. The E-Board, is comprised of the group members who are chosen and voted upon by the group to lead the group, and also added to the impossible task (set by the group) to say the word group as many times in a sentence as possible... group.

The Board is a select group of our fellow Fools who are elected at the end of the previous year to lead the group throughout the next year.
