Purple Heys is the club frisbee team at the College of the Holy Cross, located in Worcester, MA. We are a tight group of student athletes that love to play hard and have fun on and off the field. We are also very close with our women's team known as Phaze. We participate in both the club series and the college series tournaments which are held annually by the UPA on a national level. Throughout the school year we play at various open and mixed tournaments in the New England area.
Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-paced, non-contact sport with growing popularity. It is similar to soccer in terms of the pace of the game, but also like football in that you score by passing the disc to a teammate in the endzone. To find out more about Ultimate check the Links page.
We are always eager to meet new players and will accept anyone regardless of their level of skill or experience, so if you are interested in joining or finding out more about us please visit the Contact Info page and shoot the captains an email. We practice and play year-round so you may join at any time.
