The Ensemble
offers classes in the disciplines of tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop.
Auditions are held in early fall and members are accepted per class.
Class size ranges from 12-16 students. Each class spends the fall
semester working on technique and preparing for our Parent's Weekend Casino
Night Performance. Just before Winter Break, a second set of classes
is formed in tap, jazz and hip-hop. These classes are filled with
students from the original class of each discipline, per decision of the
choreographers, and begin after break. The spring semester is spent
preparing for the Spring Show. To allow for more leadership and growth
in the group, interested members may request to prepare a specialty number
for the Spring Show. Visiting/prospective students are welcome to
sit in on Ensemble dance classes.
