Recap:

Tonight, on the eve of the greatest American sporting event of the year, the Crusaders continued on their winning ways with a 6 - 3 victory over the Endicott Gulls at the Pingree School.  The Gulls came out flying and made their presence known early with a vicious physical attack.  The Crusaders battled back and scored three goals in the first period supporting the efforts of keeper Peter Bartline.

Endicott got on the board in the second with two goals, bringing the Gulls within a goal of the Crusaders.  Holy Cross would have nothing of a Gulls' comeback and scored two more goals before the period end.  Holy Cross continued to dominate into the third period and emerged victorious, 6 - 3.

Once again, the Crusaders ended up "feeling shame" in the penalty box for a little bit longer then they planned.  A physical team, the Crusaders have been plagued by penalties in their last few contests.  Though their lack of discipline has not caused them to lose any recent games, the team acknowledges that this is a problem and will come back to haunt them if they do not aim to fix this.
