Holy Cross sailing team The sailing team at Holy Cross is a student-run, student-coached team that practices two to three times a week in the fall and spring. The team is a member of the New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association and competes against other NEISA teams. Practices are held at Regatta Point Community Sailing Center in Worcester, about 10 minutes from the Holy Cross campus. Membership in the club is open to all students, and one need not have previous experience in order to join.

In practices, the team uses 420s and Lasers, and competes in 420s, FJs and J-22s
