Registration

There is no deadline for registering for the meeting. Walk-in registrations are welcome.

However, the deadline for submitting abstracts is October 3, 2006, and banquet reservations must be made no later than October 6, 2006.

Conference fees are as follows:

  • The registration fee is $45 for APS or AAPT members, $50 for non-members, and $5 for students.*

  • Tickets for the banquet on Friday evening cost $27.

  • If you wish to have your abstract published in the Bulletin of the APS, there is an abstract fee of $35.
*Students may be reimbursed up to $100 for registration, travel, lodging, etc. Reimbursement Request Forms will be available at the conclusion of the conference.
