Born in Mexico City, Jimena holds an MFA in Studio for Interrelated Media from The Massachusetts College of Art and Design and BFA in Dance from The Boston Conservatory. She has danced with Caitlin Corbett Dance Company, Ego Art Inc., Sarah Slifer, David Parker and the Bang Group and Lorraine Chapman The Company, among others. In addition to creating video work, performance art projects and choreography, Jimena teaches dance at The College of The Holy Cross and Suffolk University. An interview with her can be found here.
