This lesson is an art activity that introduces the arts and religions in the Himalayan region.

A Visual Arts lesson, it can be used as interdisciplinary teaching of Social Studies and Readings on the area.  It is designed for 7th and 8th grades students.  Through mask-making, students learn arts, cultures and religions of the Himalayan regions.
