Climbers
Most climbers trying for the summit of Everest will tell you that the journey is extremely long and hazardous. The trick is to look down with each step, because looking up might be too disheartening. The climbers take a step or two, stop to breathe, and then take another step. Climbing at high altitude is very difficult and exhausting. Click here for more information about the physiological effects of climbing at high altitude. |
