Before teaching students about Buddhism and Bon, ask them to label the map with religions that they know exist on the continent of Asia.  This will give you a good idea of what they have learned before and prepare you better to deliver the information on Buddhism that follows.

For homework, assign students a number 1-6 and ask them to find the following information on the web:

1. Definition of Buddhism

2. Information about the founder of Buddhism

3. Where Buddhism is practiced

4. The purpose of meditation

5. Beliefs of Buddhism

6. Origin of Buddhism

After students share the information they've found on Buddhism walk them through the presentation on Buddhism.
