Great Resources from Previous Institutes

Participants in two previous sessions of this NEH Institute have contributed a wealth of valuable lesson plans for teachers interested in the rich topics explored on this web site. The lessons listed on this page were chosen as those most closely aligned with our particular area. Grade level is not indicated because we know that good teachers can adapt any lesson to the needs of their students. We encourage you to examine the excellent websites created at the 2006 Institute, as well, which we did not have the advantage of seeing prior to this page construction. Namaste.
