Life was quiet in exile. Rama was aware of the presence of evil forces in the forest, but all was well. One day Sita saw a deer and said, "Rama, will you go and capture that lovely deer for me?" Rama was afraid to leave Sita alone, but with her promise to not talk to others while he was away, he went to get the deer.
