Silk Road in Modern Times

DIRECTIONS

You are to travel the Silk Road, bringing the silk of the east to the west. However one person did not travel the entire route. Rather, one person would travel between two cities. For this activity, you will become a different merchant at each city. Your goal is to bring the Silk of Changan to Constantinople at the lowest possible price.

A) Click on "Ancient Silk Road" (link to the left). Choose your route. Click on the city where you want to go. Answer questions #1 and #2 on Worksheet A as you go.

B) Complete the worksheet when you are finished with your journey along the Ancient Silk Road.

C) Complete the review quiz (link to the left).
