Right Speech
Keep from lying, using abusive language or talking about others
Right Action
Do not act in ways that would be corrupt or bring harm to yourself or to others
Right Livelihood
Take only jobs where you will not hurt others
Right Mindfulness
Individuals should always be mindful of proper thoughts and others.
Right Effort
effort to abandon all the wrong and harmful thoughts, words, and deeds. Be determined to keep a clean mind.

Intensely concentrate during meditation to focus on any situation
