Right Understanding

The right way of looking at life and understanding the Four Noble Truths

Right Awareness

Always try to make the right decision all the time towards others.

Right Speech

Keep from lying, using abusive language or talking about others

Right Action

Do not act in ways that would be corrupt or bring harm to yourself or to others

Right Livelihood

Take only jobs where you will not hurt others

Right Mindfulness

Individuals should always be mindful of proper thoughts and others.

Right Effort

effort to abandon all the wrong and harmful thoughts, words, and deeds. Be determined to keep a clean mind.

Right Concentration

 Intensely concentrate during meditation to focus on any situation
