Linda Q. Green received Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. She studied the Ramayana at Syracuse University with Susan Snow Wadley, PhD, in a National Endowment for the Humanities Institute, and travelled to India with the Summer Seminars Abroad for Teachers supported by Fulbright-Hays.
