Instructions: This form is designed to get you to think critically about the theoretical contributions and methodological approaches raised by each week's readings. It is also intended to spark ideas about how you might relate the points raised or methods used to your own research.

You should complete one form for each week's readings and include it with a 2-page excerpt from your fieldnotes. Please cut and paste the questions below into a Microsoft Word document. Compose your responses, add in the excerpt from your fieldnotes, save the document in MS Word format (.docx) as yourlastnamenotes#.docx (example: smithnotes1.docx), and email it to Prof. Leshkowich before class.
